Recommend for a brief sojourn
Friendly staff, attentive waiters, who made sure every breakfast need was met, and a convenient location, as the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the Metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
Not much variety in the breakfast options.

had a great stay at crowne plaza! the location is super convenient, just across the river from the main dc attractions. the fitness center was a bonus, with plenty of equipment to keep up with my workout routine. i also found a fantastic massage place nearby called relaxation station, which was a perfect treat after a long day.
the dining options were a bit pricey.

We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby activity options, especially visiting the Smithsonian museums. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with well-stocked options. We also appreciated the clean and spacious rooms that accommodated our family, including the baby perfectly.
In my kids' opinion, a pool would be a fantastic addition for families with children.

Great spot near everything!
Really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect—right by the Metro and tons of dining options. The room was clean and quiet, but the pullout couch was a letdown instead of a real bed. The outdoor area was super nice to chill at. Plus, having a Starbucks on-site was a win!

I had a wonderful time sleeping in a king-sized bed that felt like a cloud and enjoying the top-notch room service that provided me with a variety of sweeteners for my coffee. The hotel offered great relaxation options like a cozy lounge and a nice fitness center. However, the check-in took a bit longer than I expected, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience. 😊

I had a pleasant stay with easy access to local attractions and efficient service during check-in and check-out. However, the lack of sound insulation in the rooms made for some noisy nights, impacting sleep quality. The hotel would be great for those looking for convenience, but soundproofing should be improved for a more enjoyable experience.

Perfect Stay for a Group Getaway!
We had a delightful stay with plenty of amenities. The staff helped us store our bags while we explored the area. Don't miss the cozy lobby bar for a nightcap! Pro tip, ask about parking fees at check-in to avoid surprises. Overall, a great value for families or groups!

Comfortable, clean room with great linens and a firm mattress made for a pleasant stay. The food was impressive, especially the homemade sweets, and the polite restaurant staff enhanced the dining experience. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to limited parking and only one staff member available to assist. The room door was also difficult to open, requiring multiple attempts each time. Additionally, the uncomfortable chairs in the room detracted from the overall experience.

Super clean rooms and comfy beds. A shuttle to the airport. The conferences were easy-peasy to organize here!
The elevator took longer than my patience, probably taking a tea break. Next time, I’ll just take the stairs—who needs leg day?
